My Picks for Kickest Fantasy Serie A – Round 14
After a great Round 13 in Kickest and Serie A, where we climbed up to 30th place in the standings, we’ll try to keep up the momentum with five fresh names for Round 14.
After our second-best result of the season, we return full of confidence ahead of Round 14 on Kickest. We finished in 30th place — a position that could have easily been a top-10 finish if Bologna hadn’t sabotaged us with that unexpected Monday night loss against Cremonese. We were dreaming of the very top, but instead we slipped right at the finish line.
Time to grab the Fixture Ticker again and decide on the 5 transfers to make for Round 14 of Serie A and Kickest!
Out: Ravaglia (Bologna) – In: Carnesecchi (Atalanta)
After benching him during a tough run of fixtures, we’re bringing Marco Carnesecchi back. We say goodbye to Ravaglia who gave us a clean sheet against Udinese but was benched last round in favor of Falcone (great call!). Atalanta now have three much more manageable fixtures ahead, so this is a classic Fixture Ticker-based move.
Out: Belghali (Verona) – In: Celik (Roma)
We took a chance on him and he rewarded us with his first Serie A goal… though unfortunately it didn’t mean much for Verona, who were defeated by Genoa. We bid farewell to Rafik Belghali and welcome Zeki Celik. Once on the fringes of Roma’s squad after two disappointing seasons, he’s one of the biggest beneficiaries of the Gasperini effect. Now an undisputed starter — whether as a wide center-back or wing-back — it hardly matters. He’s averaging 13.50 FPT on Kickest, with a peak of 35.40 FPT against Udinese.
Out: Ramon (Como) – In: Tiago Gabriel (Lecce)
A trip to San Siro to face Inter is certainly not an easy test for Como, which is why we’re benching Jacobo Ramon this week. In his place comes another young talent already being watched by top clubs: Tiago Gabriel. Despite a tough start, Lecce seem to have found their balance — largely thanks to the Gaspar–Gabriel pairing that has brought solidity and calm. The Brazilian is also a major threat on set pieces (1 goal this season) and has averaged 15.92 FPT over his last 10 appearances, making him a very reliable Kickest defender.
Out: Cambiaso (Juventus) – In: Bisseck (Inter)
Spalletti’s return to Napoli is the most anticipated fixture of the upcoming Serie A round and represents a major test for Juventus — and for Napoli as well. The hosts are battling multiple injuries but remain in good form and full of confidence. In short: not an easy match. For that reason, we’re moving Andrea Cambiaso out. Thanks to another round of Fixture Ticker analysis, Yann Aurel Bisseck comes in. The German defender could start against Como to take advantage of his speed and physicality — and he will certainly find space in the two matches that follow for Inter.
Out: Castro (Bologna) – In: Soulé (Roma)
Despite Bologna’s collapse against Cremonese, Santiago Castro still delivered a solid score (13.70 FPT). However, our Fixture Ticker clearly shows that this is the right moment to move on, as Bologna face a very difficult schedule ahead. In comes another Roma player — the only guaranteed starter in attack: Matias Soulé. He started strong with three goals in his first six games, but since then has only added one more. The Argentine has slowed down a bit, but we believe the trip to Cagliari could be the chance for him to kickstart his scoring form again and produce a great performance.
