My Picks for Kickest Fantasy Serie A – Round 13
After a strong Round 12 that brought us into the top 1000 on Kickest, we’re back with five new transfers for Round 13, hoping to climb even higher in the rankings.
We return after a weekend that saw us climb back into the Top 1000 on Kickest with our new round tips, hoping to do even better in this 13th Serie A round. After a rough start, our choices are finally paying off, thanks also to some long-term vision behind transfers made in previous weeks—moves whose benefits we’re still enjoying today.
Armed once again with the Fixture Ticker, let’s choose the 5 transfers to make for this 13th Serie A and Kickest round!
Out: Semper (Pisa), In: Falcone (Lecce)
We start once again with a goalkeeper change. We’re giving up on Semper, who faces Inter—a team coming off two consecutive defeats and eager to bounce back immediately. In his place, we bring in Wladimiro Falcone, a trusted pick among our admins since last season. He also gives us a T4 alternative, considering we already have Ravaglia playing in T3.
Out: Palestra (Cagliari), In: Dimarco (Inter)
A great performance topped off with an assist for Marco Palestra. We thank him for his contribution last matchday, but it’s time to say goodbye, as the Fixture Ticker highlights a very tough schedule ahead for Cagliari. In his place, we go big: Federico Dimarco. With Dumfries out on the right, Inter’s play has shifted heavily to the left—it was evident against Milan and Atlético, where almost all their chances came from that side. Against Pisa, we expect a high volume of crosses and assists from his wing.
Out: Norton-Cuffy (Genoa), In: Bellanova (Atalanta)
Partly due to his suspension, we also replace Norton-Cuffy with Raoul Bellanova. The Atalanta wing-back has been the most impressive player in the first two matches of the new Palladino era in Bergamo. Against Fiorentina, he will likely face Parisi on that flank, and physically, the Viola full-back could struggle in that matchup against the former Inter and Torino player.
Out: Kone (Roma), In: Thorsby (Genoa)
Coaches change, yet Morten Thorsby is always there—between midfield and attack—fighting for every ball, especially in the air, and occasionally putting some in the net. The Norwegian midfielder remains a key piece under De Rossi as well, who needs the strength and presence of the former Sampdoria man to pull Roma out of their tough spot in the standings. Making room for him is Manu Kone, who didn’t provide much satisfaction but allows us to gain valuable credits to complete the squad.
Out: Lautaro (Inter), In: Scamacca (Atalanta)
Despite scoring against Lazio in the week we picked him, we’ve decided to part ways with Lautaro Martinez. The Inter captain is still not in top form and may even be rested for the away match in Pisa. We’re betting on Gianluca Scamacca, also considering the favourable fixtures ahead for Atalanta. The former Sassuolo striker found the net against Napoli and missed a sitter in the Champions League against Eintracht, but it’s clear he will be the focal point of Palladino’s Atalanta. Now he just needs to fully recover physically.
