Kickest 2026/27: What’s New

The Kickest 2026/27 season introduces the biggest set of changes in recent years. The return of prizes, brand-new competitions, a more flexible transfer market, an improved Scoring System, and the return of Private Leagues alongside Fantasy mode.

Here’s everything that’s new for the upcoming season.

🏆 New Competitions

Fantasy mode is expanding with brand-new official competitions that will run throughout the season.

Alongside the Overall standings, there will be four independent Season Tournaments:

• Opening Tournament (R3–R11)
• Autumn Tournament (R12–R20)
• Winter Tournament (R21–R29)
• Closing Tournament (R30–R38)

Each Tournament has its own leaderboard and dedicated prize. Every Tournament starts from zero, giving every manager a fresh opportunity to compete, even after a difficult start to the season.

The biggest addition is the Kickest Cup, the first-ever head-to-head competition in Kickest history.

The top 10,000 teams in the Overall standings after the first five Rounds automatically qualify for a long group stage, followed by a knockout bracket all the way to the Final.

🔄 Unlimited Transfers

The transfer market has changed.

Starting this season, there is no longer a limit to the number of transfers you can make. You can reshape your squad as many times as you want during every transfer window.

Each transfer now carries a -5 Fantasy Points (FPT) penalty, applied to the following Round.

♻️ Free Transfer Windows

Between each Season Tournament there will be dedicated free transfer windows:

• Between Rounds 11 & 12
• Between Rounds 20 & 21
• Between Rounds 29 & 30

During these special windows you can completely rebuild your squad with unlimited free transfers, without receiving any penalties.

These reset periods allow every manager to start each Tournament with a brand-new strategy, making the season even more dynamic.

📊 New Scoring System

The Scoring System has also been redesigned.

The goal is to reward player performances more accurately and make Fantasy Points (FPT) reflect what actually happens on the pitch even better.

Overall, Fantasy scores are expected to be around 20% higher than last season, giving more value to the actions that truly contribute to a player’s performance.

Among the biggest changes:

• Assists are now worth +5 FPT, while Big Chances Created become a separate statistic worth +2.5 FPT. A player who creates a Big Chance that also becomes an assist can now earn up to 7.5 FPT for the same play.
• Forwards benefit the most from the new system. They now earn points for Touches in the Opposition Box, while the penalty for unsuccessful passes has been reduced (-0.1 instead of -0.2). The objective is to reward attacking players who consistently create danger, even when they don’t score.

Several additional changes have also been introduced across every position, including goalkeepers, defenders, and the new appearance and starting lineup bonuses.

🏅 Prizes Are Back

The Kickest prize pool returns for the 2026/27 season.

Prizes will be awarded to:

• the top managers in the Overall standings;
• the winners of each Season Tournament;
• the Kickest Cup champion;
• the manager who records the highest Fantasy score in a single Round.

One more reason to compete until the very last Round of the season.

👥 Private Leagues Return

One of the most requested features is finally back.

The new Private Leagues mode is designed for groups of friends who want an exclusive Fantasy experience.

Teams are built through an offline auction or draft, and every real-life player can belong to only one Fantasy squad, just like in traditional fantasy football leagues.

Private Leagues are completely separate from the standard Fantasy mode and offer a dedicated competition for your own group.
