My Picks for Kickest Fantasy Serie A – Round 38

Let’s break down the five most interesting picks for the next Serie A and Kickest weekend.

We’ve reached the Grand Finale: the 2025/26 Serie A season has come down to its final chapter. Matchday 38 will bring this campaign to a close, delivering the last remaining verdicts still hanging in the balance: the final two Champions League spots, the Europa League qualification place, and the last relegation spot. Meanwhile, we’ll also be trying to finish the season on a high note by building the best possible lineup on Kickest!

Once again, I’m bringing out the Fixture Ticker, and here are the 5 transfers to make for this 37th Serie A matchday on Kickest!

Out Milinkovic-Savic (Napoli), In Furlanetto (Lazio)

The first move of the week is definitely a strategic one. We’re moving on from Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, especially since we already have Falcone in T3, and replacing him with Alessio Furlanetto. Lazio’s third-choice goalkeeper will start once again after making his debut in the Derby, and facing a Pisa side that has already collapsed, he could deliver a solid score. Dropping Napoli’s goalkeeper for Lazio’s third-choice keeper also allows us to free up a good amount of budget.

Out Wesley (Roma), In Rensch (Roma)

We’re leaving out suspended Wesley, one of the two players sent off in the Derby alongside Rovella. Replacing him is one of Roma’s surprise performers at the end of the season, and also his direct replacement in Gasperini’s system: Devyne Rensch. His goal and the penalty he won against Parma could end up being crucial moments by the end of the campaign.

Out Zappacosta (Atalanta), In Troilo (Parma)

We’re benching Davide Zappacosta for this final matchday, with Atalanta having nothing left to fight for in the league. In comes Mariano Troilo, who after a difficult start in his first Serie A season, has become the leader of Carlos Cuesta’s defense.

Out Ekkelenkamp (Udinese), In Pasalic (Atalanta)

Jurgen Ekkelenkamp has certainly been one of Udinese’s standout players this season. Between goals and assists, he has been a key figure for Runjaic. To replace him, we’re picking Mario Pasalic, who could start in a game with little at stake and, thanks to his late runs and eye for goal, might celebrate the final round of the season with a strong fantasy score.

Out Vlahovic (Juventus), In Lautaro Martinez (Inter)

Dusan Vlahovic returned from injury with two goals in three matches, but the psychological blow Juventus suffered in their last game against Fiorentina — a defeat that could cost them Champions League qualification — will be tough to shake off. That’s why we’re going for a player experiencing completely opposite emotions: Lautaro Martinez. For this final matchday, many players have been left out by Chivu to make room for the U-23s. Many, except Lautaro, who needs to regain match fitness after his injury ahead of the World Cup, which is why he’s expected to start against Bologna.

Good luck to all Fantasy Serie A managers: see you before next season!
