My Picks for Kickest Fantasy Serie A – Round 37
Let’s break down the five most interesting picks for the next Serie A and Kickest weekend.
We arrive at the penultimate round of the 2025/26 Serie A season and, despite the Scudetto already being decided, the race for the Champions League spots has sensationally reopened. Napoli and Milan both dropped points, while all of their pursuers won. Amid the scheduling chaos caused by the issues surrounding the Rome Derby being played on the same day as the Italian Open tennis tournament in Rome, we will have just one round of fixtures, in a special Sunday dedicated entirely to football.
I’m once again bringing out the Fixture Ticker, and here are the 5 transfers to make for this 37th Serie A matchday and Kickest!
Out: Dimarco (Inter), In: Muharemovic (Sassuolo)
It will be Inter’s final home game of the season under Chivu, and after the match against Verona they will be presented with the Scudetto trophy before celebrating all day through the city with an open-top bus parade alongside their fans. After winning the Coppa Italia on Wednesday, several players could be rested, including Federico Dimarco. For this reason, we are choosing Muharemovic as his replacement. According to the Fixture Ticker, Sassuolo will close the season against Lecce and Parma, making him an interesting option.
Out: Marianucci (Torino), In: Zappacosta (Atalanta)
Luca Marianucci had a good performance against Sassuolo, but with Torino facing Cagliari — who are still not mathematically safe from relegation — we have decided to replace him with Davide Zappacosta. In an inconsistent season for Atalanta, the wing-back has been one of the few constants for the Nerazzurri. Against Bologna, he could deliver a strong score.
Out: Da Cunha (Como), In: Sucic (Inter)
Since we already have Nico Paz in the squad — and we do not want to give him up — we have decided to part ways with Lucas Da Cunha for the remainder of the season. In his place comes a player who is finally showing consistency and high-level performances in this final stretch: Petar Sucic. The Croatian was among the best players in the Coppa Italia final and is also expected to start against Verona.
Out: Simeone (Torino), In: Vlahovic (Juventus)
Dusan Vlahovic has scored two goals in his last two matches since returning from injury. Two hugely important goals against Verona and Lecce that secured fourth place for Juventus. In Sunday’s clash against his former club Fiorentina, the Serbian striker could once again prove decisive. Making way for him is Cholito Simeone, who has given us great satisfaction in recent weeks, but between him, Malen, and Diao against Parma, we have decided to leave him out this weekend.
Out: Giampaolo (Cremonese), In: De Rossi (Genoa)
A managerial change — probably the last of the season — for this 37th matchday. Marco Giampaolo has had a positive impact on Cremonese, even though safety is still one point away, with Lecce determined to defend 17th place until the very end. However, for this round we are backing Daniele De Rossi. The Genoa coach guided the Rossoblu to a comfortable survival campaign and now wants to finish the home season by making life difficult for a Milan side caught in the middle of chaos and struggles, although still fighting to secure Champions League qualification.
