A big amount of goals has been scored so far in this Serie A; in the last two seasons the Italian league has been one with the highest number of goals scored, among the top 5 European leagues. In 2019/20, we have recorded 1154 goals scored, while in the last years the amount climbed up to 1163!

The current season is showing, from the first day, that the trend hasn’t gone down at all; and the main strikers are taking advantage from it. After 27 days of Serie A, Ciro Immobile leads the rank with 21 goals, followed close by Dusan Vlahovic with 20. Giovanni Simeone is in the third place, with 15 goals.
